Vintage 1930's Sportwear Wool Spa Coat Cardigan
- Incredibly rare piece, this was the original "sportcoat"
- Made of 100% wool, it says so right on the tag
- It's hard to see it in the pictures, but there is alot of olive, green, and burgundy mixed into the fabric, giving it a mottled look
- Two pockets in the front with elbow pad details and very long cuffs
- Manufactured by Sportwear, an old sportswear company from the first half of the 20th century that has faded into obscurity since then
- In absolutely astounding condition, with no flaws that I could find apart from the thread hanging down from inside the cuff. No loose stitching, no fraying, no pilling, no moth holes, no dry rot. I would call this deadstock condition.
